Wow...organizing a con took up a lot more time than I even expected and I have been absent from here for FAR TOO LONG! The con went very well...better than expected...and was a lot of fun! Planning on doing it again.

Hi all, I have a bit of a gripe here. I had the opportunity to visit a few comic shops over the weekend, and worked on getting my books on their shelves. I realized something disturbing, it's not just the digital market taking away sales from brick and mortar stores, it's not just the economy. Half of these people do not even know how to run a business let alone set up a store! That is an even bigger problem, especially for independent publishers like ourselves.
