The Keeper - Welcome to Alterverse, where reality is not set. Chaos Theory and infinite realities collide in a cosmic mash up of limitless possibilities. There are over six billion people on the planet, each making hundreds of decision every day, from turning right or left to live altering choices. If we choose right over left we follow that path where it takes us until the next choice must be made. But what would have happened had we choose left instead? This is where the cosmic timeline splits with every choice that is made, there is at least one choice that was not and that choice could have long lasting effects on your world…and depending on the decision you make, the entire world and reality. Could your presence or absence at a specific time or place make a difference? Does a butterfly flapping its wings on one side of the planet affect the weather on the other? The answer is yes.

Panel One – Close on The Keeper
The Keeper - I am The Keeper of Possibility, seeing every line of time; every choice made or discarded by every living being on Earth, whether good or bad, big or small, life altering or reality altering. They are all mine to observe.
Panel Two – The Keeper is now looking up at the reality version of Eugene.
The Keeper - Take this man for instance; Eugene Edwards, a simple man. None of his choices in life will ever effect reality or have a lasting impact on his own life.
Panel Three – Eugene sitting at a cubicle in an office building. His shirt is wrinkled, his tie is stained. His desk is cluttered and messy.
The Keeper (op) - He has sired no children; never sought fame or glory; or made any choice to expand his mind or body. In his world he just exists day to day following the same routine of simplicity.
Panel Four – Wide shot of Eugene still sitting in his chair looking sad and pathetic as the rest of the people in his office and socializing.
The Keeper (op) - But how could the choices of others around him alter his reality without him ever being any the wiser; just going with the flow of the reality that is set before him.
