Before I was able to read comics for myself my older sister would sometimes read them to me. But even if no one was around I was already paging through these colorful, vibrant books, just looking at the pictures and trying to piece together the events of the story at hand…and wishing I was able to read them for myself.

I write, thumbnail pages and am learning to letter, but I’m not involved in generating any of the finished art for my comics. Compared to the other people that I work with in making comics, this is rather unique. Everyone else in the group can do line art and create finished pages.
Anyway, I depend on others for art work. It’s a delicate juggle of working with an artist in these regards, just because you can’t push too hard or lean too much. But, it also means I’m dependent…

Back before MySpace fell off the edge of existence, I actually cranked out a blog a week in regards to any comics that I was currently reading. Yeah Keith i'm currently working on these titles.
thanx for the link.Actually I have other people letter the stories, I just write. Altho I do prelim lettering with a program called comicbook creator. Its a kiddie program but its good to see how many words fit into a caption box or balloon.
