Welcome, Greg Harms!

What do you do?

My name is Greg Harms . I'm married to my lovely wife-Kristi and we have two children: Sarah and Nathan. Kristi has started back to school as an education major, I'm very proud of her. The kids are both really talented. I've studied art with Cindy Smith, Marlin Adams, David Ridlisbacher, and a few other very talented artist. I'm currently working with artist: Roman Morales III-Third Empire Studio, and a few more talented people. I did some self-publishing in the early 1990's with a writer Jarrod Womack. I am a pencil artist, painter, inker, colorist, sculptor, graphic artist and occasionally do production work for webpages. I worked as an inker on a book called 10th Muse 800 from Blue Water Productions, Roman Morales III was the artist on the 4 issue mini-series. I've worked with Roman for almost 4 years now, doing both colors and inks on the Fugitivos De La Ley cards, Roman's creator owned: Lynch Mob and Midnights, and various pinups. The 10th Muse work was my first published pro work, my first unpublished pro work, soon to be published work was for 7th Wave comics with Derek Ivan Webster and Luke Donkersloot. I have a few creator owned projects: The Control Syndicate, Parley, Kangaroo Court, The Agenda, Casting Lots and the Kissing Bandit to name a few. The Third Empire Studio is starting to pick up steam. We have several thing in the works. So far the studio includes: Studio head: Roman Morales III (Chaos, Marvel, Comico, Bluewater Prod. and is a tattooist), Inker/Colorist:Greg Harms (Blue Water Prod.), and have worked freelance with some cool cats. Roman and I are working on a Christian book called the Golden Casket( I am doing inks and colors on it), we are also working with Matthew Adams on his Harley and Kord and Soulless titles. Roman is doing art for Soulless and I’m on inks for both Harley and Kord and Soulless. Later this year I will be doing colors on Everette Hartsoe’s new projects. I also work with a local screenprinting shop called Powerhouse Printing, doing t-shirt designs and banner, etc. designs. Thanks for taking the time to look this over.
